International Shipping

For orders outside India, delivery typically takes 15 to 21 business days. Please note that some countries impose customs duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility. If applicable, these fees will be communicated by the courier, usually via a paper notice. In some cases, packages may be delivered without additional charges.

Delivery Assurance

Neither CHILLICIOUS nor our shipping partners can guarantee delivery by a specific date. However, if your package is delayed beyond the carrier’s estimated timeframe, please reach out to us. You can track your order using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email. Occasionally, carriers update delivery statuses prematurely due to their daily quotas. In such cases, most packages arrive within a day or two.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost.
